May I change my schedule while using regular package?
The service schedule can be changed at any time, but please let us know 1-2 days before the service if possible. However, if the consultant who usually clean your place is scheduled for another service at that time, we might send another consultant.
For a regular package, there is a validity period up to twice the service period. (Example: If you purchase 4 times service package using once a week, the validity period is 8 weeks.) If the validity period passes while you already used the part of the regular package, the remaining amount of payment will be refunded by being transferred into points.
