How can I get refund if I cancel the order?

According to OKHOME service policy, the cancellation fee will be charged depending on the time of cancellation. If the customer cancelled the service, the paymount amount excluding the cancellation fee will be tranferred as app points. If you cancel the regular service package, the remaining costs will be tranferred as app points. For the customers who want to get refund for one time service (OKHOME Basic Care, OKHOME Move-in), please inform us about your bank account to get refunded to our app Customer Service or through our Whatsapp: +62 821 1228 1220.

Cancellation of service / Change of service schedule:

- Cancellation of service / Change of service schedule before 24 hours of service:
May cancel / change without any cancellation fee
- Cancellation of service / Change of service schedule within 4 hours - 24 hours before the service:
40% of the service payment will be charged as cancellation fee (20% for regular package users)
- Cancellation of service / Change of service schedule less than 4 hours before the service:
The entire service payment will be charged as cancellation fee (50% for regular package users)
* Expiration Date : 30 days from the date of service

When you cancel the regular package (Or automatically cancelled due to exceeding the service expiration date)

- Cancellation before using the regular package:
The total payment will be transferred to points.
- Cancellation during using regular package (before using the half of the package):
75% of the remaining amount of payment will be transferred to points.
- Cancellation during using regular package (after using the half of the package):
50% of the remaining amount of payment will be transferred to points.

* Expiration date: double duration from the original service period (Example: If purchased a 4 times service package using once a week, Validity period - 8 weeks)
