OKHOME is providing compensation up to Rp 10.000.000 for the damages caused by our company within the service range (bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen).
The amount of the compensation is the price of the damaged goods (If the customer cannot submit the purchase receipt of the damaged item, it will be calculated from the internet research by OKHOME), and we will inform you the amount of compensation after considering its condition and the period of use. We will deduct the amount of compensation from the service payment or make a refund to your bank account.
Please note that if the item has been used for a long time so the original condition was not good or if it could not be used due to a malfunction, the compensation amount may be changed or the compensation might be difficult. Please note that we can not compensate for the originally damaged items.
